Willow Lodge is a semi-independent transition service in Surrey, providing accommodation and support for young adults aged 18–25 as they move towards independent living.
The service offers individual studio flats, giving each young adult their own private space while remaining part of a supportive and stable environment.
Our approach is grounded in respect, independence, and real-world preparation. Young adults living at Willow Lodge are supported to take increasing control over their daily lives, including managing money, maintaining routines, building relationships, and making informed decisions about their future. Support is flexible and tailored, recognising that progress towards independence looks different for everyone.
Daily life focuses on developing confidence, life skills, and meaningful next steps. Young adults are supported to access education, employment, or training, and to build the practical skills needed for independent living. Adults work alongside each young adult, as well as with external professionals and services, to ensure the right support is in place at the right time.
At Willow Lodge, the focus is on preparing young adults for adulthood in a way that feels achievable, supported, and realistic. We believe every young adult deserves the opportunity to build independence, develop confidence, and move forward positively into the next stage of their life.
